Lesson 1
It is assumed that you have completed all the introductory exercises before you start Lesson 1. If this is not the case, then click here and follow the instructions there.
Anything marked a "quiz" in this course is closed book. Therefore, the vocabulary quiz and the grammar quiz which follow are both to be taken using only your own memory.
Before taking any vocabulary quiz, be sure to study the words for that particular quiz. These words will always be stated in the directions for each quiz. Simply click on the quiz and the words to study will be listed there for you.
Before taking any grammar quiz in this course, be sure to memorize the items on the grammar quiz objectives page. These items will appear on the grammar quiz.
Lesson 2
All the exercises marked "assignment" in this course are open-book. You may use any resources you wish including the instructor.
Lesson 3
The lesson videos in this course are entirely optional. They are not necessary to complete the course, but many students do find them helpful. Please note: these are not my videos; their accessibility is entirely dependent on the owner's willingness to make them available.
